Pecker was increasing every calendar month without any updates or adds to my account, 31.00 increase in 2 months. At the stop of every year this happens. Sometimes sooner. They indicate at the cease of the electric current promo. I explained to the service agent, Lena amanuensis #** I have been a loyal ten yr customer. Take non added to my account and merely desire the same service without the drastic increases without warning. She was very professional and told me to in the future call approx. 2 weeks prior to promo ending so I can exist switched to the current promo. She was able to get my bill downwardly to a reasonable amount, without the usual excuse. Thank y'all Lena!

Their programming is pretty good. Of course the more you get the higher the nib. But you can call yearly and mutter, threaten to leave and they'll knock a $150 bill down to $90 which is keen but a hurting to exercise that. Overall score 8 out of x.

Love DirecTV, BUT after going under AT&T the prices take skyrocketed and continue to climb. They practise offer discounts up to a year depending on what parcel you lot go. However, yous volition go sticker shock after those promos end. I have two other alternatives but they are besides expensive. Looks similar I'll be cutting the cord soon and going to streaming services.

Their rates are reasonable. Their service is proficient, whether on the phone or having a technician come to the house. I don't listen the dish on the roof. Now with the new box, I have better reception with Hd & when at that place is a disruption in service, you can switch over to depression definition.

I have been with Directv for over 40 years and at present in 2022 their prices accept skyrocketed and they don't even feel they need to compete with the streaming services out in that location. I told them that I could not afford the $91.79 neb a month and asked if in that location was anything that they could do. They were not fifty-fifty willing to want to keep me and were very hateful and ignorant to me on the phone. I am at present with Netflix, Disney, Paramount, Amazon Prime Television and Starz, if you tin can believe it, I now pay $27.95 a month for all of that. Also I canceled my Directv service and sent back their receiver on March i and they still billed me through the 21st. Everyone BEWARE, they are non the visitor that they use to be 40 years agone, it is all nearly the money. I volition NEVER become dorsum to them.

Y'all are a horrible company. I paid for a service I didn't employ. You wouldn't even me back one penny in credit. I was laid off two days earlier Thanksgiving. Our phones got shut off. We got evicted today. I forgive you! Bringing in profit is more important to yous that someone having a phone to utilise for finding a job. I still wake every twenty-four hour period with a smiling on my confront and fall asleep in the aforementioned location with my family.

I want to express how stressful I am trying to remove this collection from my account. I have been going back and forth with AT&T/DIRECTV for ii years and it seems like I'yard getting nowhere. Please think twice before signing up with them. I followed all given instructions from AT&T/DIRECTV on returning the equipment when I canceled my services with them in July of 2020. I even received a self-addressed postage and box from AT&T/DIRECTV to return the equipment device which I did.
I have re-create of my receipt, from Fed Ex showing I shipped the equipment August 22, 2020, as I was instructed by AT&T/DIRECTV. I assumed my business relationship was airtight since I had followed all their instructions. Then 9 months! later I got a phone call from AT&T/DIRECTV stating that they didn't receive the equipment I gave them all the information from the FedEx receipt and they said that they would cancel the residual due as this was their mistake. it's not a lot of coin in dispute, but why am I going to pay for something that I know I returned and take proof. I likewise went to FedEx to see if they could track the package and they told me that they merely go along records back to 6 months. Which made tracking of the packet difficult because the time frame had already expired. The person at FedEx did warn me and said that they have a lot of people come by with the same trouble.
14 months later I received a collection call for the same issue thinking again that my account had been fixed. I Called AT&T/DIRECTV once again information technology was September of 2021, I explain the state of affairs and again was told they would finish the collection and zero the balance due, as this was their mistake. As you can see, I have followed all instructions every bit I was given by AT&T/DIRECTV if the parcel got lost in transition or there was bad assistants when it was delivered to AT&T/DIRECTV that is out of my hands. I want to point out that every time I phone call AT&T/DIRECTV information technology has been a waste matter of fourth dimension they promise they will open a ticket and have it cleared out and to follow upwards in a couple of weeks and when I practice they tell me oh! the person that yous spoke with last time started the process, but didn't finish it. So I asked to speak to someone higher than them and they can't never put me through.
To this mean solar day I'm still dealing with this I'm nonetheless following up on my case to see if someone in customer service actually finished entering my case in their system. I have ran out of options and patience. I will never consider this visitor for any kind of service. I've have had very bad experience.

Afterward 1 hour on phone with a Customer Service what wanted to convince me to stay I finally got her to abolish, but She told me I can not bring back my equipment to the Dealer, I have to transport them and pay for shipping. That is wrong!!!

When returning DirecTV equipment, took the *very helpful* advice from UPS to keep record of having done then (date, time, store location, tracking #, etc.) and Continue it for 3 years. Sure glad I did. My credit score mysteriously dropped 30 points -- it was DirecTV claiming they hadn't received equipment several months prior and had sent the $135 to a collections agency. Had to make multiple calls to sort it out, with DirecTV after confirming the equipment was returned based on all the data I had kept. UPS said former DirecTV customers had come in "all the time" asking for aircraft receipts because this was happening so often.
