Titanfall 2, Battlefront 2, and more EA titles join Xbox's FPS Boost program
In February, Microsoft announced a new program called FPS Heave on next-gen Xbox consoles, which gave players the power to play games like Fallout 4, Picket Dogs ii, and others at a college framerate. At the time, Microsoft announced that more than games would be coming to the plan soon, and at present, they've delivered on that promise.
The adjacent slate of games all come courtesy of Electronic Arts, which means they are all available through EA Play via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Nearly all of the games support 120hz on Xbox Series 10 if your monitor has that capability. Sea of Confinement is the ane holdout that tin can only striking 60hz no thing which console you're using. Below you'll find the full list of titles with FPS Boost enabled:
- Battlefield ane
- Battlefield four
- Battleground V
- Mirror's Edge Catalyst
- Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare
- Plants vs. Zombies: Boxing for Neighborville
- Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2
- Sea of Confinement
- Star Wars Battlefront
- Star Wars Battlefront ii
- Titanfall
- Titanfall ii
- Unravel two
As we move forward through the consoles life wheel, expect to see even more games added to the program. Microsoft makes it clear in their web log post that the list "will be updated regularly," and we've already seen them add together games in back-to-dorsum months. This will probable be a regular affair in the hereafter, which is great news for players hoping to jump back into older games.
